Fabulous Thai --Happy Hour from 5-7 pm. We ordered drinks and appetizers from that menu. Afterwards I had Massaman Curry with shrimp and my friend had a Vegetarian Curry. We both cleaned our plates. Coconut Ice Cream for dessert. Everything was yummy!

Have visited this restaurant several times. Dined in and also for take out. The food is always great. Have tried a few different items during weekday lunch and their portions are just right and very good. The space is really cute, clean and spacious. The staff is really nice and accommodating also. This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants for lunch.

A nice place to have a late afternoon meal with my favorite globe trotting, state hopping aunt, who's visiting NYC. As a former New Yorker, she was kind of blown away and somewhat saddened by all of the changes in Brooklyn and the city overall. I concur, but having a meal at Khaosan Thai was nice and gave us a chance to talk and enjoy each other's company. First, let's start with the menu. It's literally a book. A beautiful book with beautiful pictures of the food! I took pictures of this menu/book because I was blown away as was my auntie. We hemmed and hawed regarding what we would have for an appetizer and settled on chicken wings. She started to order a cocktail, but I ordered a Thai iced tea and she decided to have the same. We both love a good Thai iced tea and Khaosan had a great one... not too sweet and not bitter at all. It was refreshing and enjoyable. The chicken wings were not so exciting (note the missing star). I'm gonna leave that alone... they weren't my first choice, but that won't stop me from trying other appetizers in the future at this fine establishment. In the meantime, I ordered the crab fried rice, which came with a soft scrambled egg. Initially, looking at the plate, I didn't think that it was a great portion for the cost, but I couldn't finish my food and had to get it to go box. It was quite filling and absolutely tasty. The egg was delicately scrambled and I was happy that I decided to order it after contemplating over a number of dishes. My aunt ordered the crispy Bronzino and seemed to enjoy it very much. She stated that she thought the preparation was unique as was the presentation. Our server was a pleasant young woman who was very patient with us LOL. She informed us that the restaurant would be closing for the staff lunch before the dinner rush, but let us know that we didn't have to leave. We were allowed to stay and finish our meal without being rushed or ignored. We were too busy chatting and eating. It was just overall relaxing and a really nice space to be in on such a dreary day. I would definitely go back and try other menu options, especially the appetizers. The crab fried rice will probably be a forever favorite.

This place was good! We went after the candlelight concert at St. Ann for my birthday. The vibrant atmosphere, on time service and the food did not disappoint.

Super duper good Thai food. Khao Soi Chicken was 10/10. Super tasty. My friend got Crispy Chicken with Cashew Nuts. Waiters and waitress were very nice. Good atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

I always pass by this spot and noticed how it's covered with florals and plants all over. We ended up making our way over for a weekday lunch for their lunch specials that run from 12-3pm on weekdays. There is a selection of entrees and mini appetizer combos to mix and match for $15.95. We ordered the Pad See Ew with Chicken Dumplings and Panang Curry with Crispy Eggrolls. The appetizers come in only 2 pieces, but it's a nice compliment to the meal. Both of them were drenched in sweet chili sauce and arrived the same time as the entrees. All of the food came out pretty quickly, so this makes a good quick lunch meal. I really enjoyed both dishes, which were flavorful and filling. Overall, another great Thai restaurant in the area. The food is delicious, especially for their lunch specials. I'm not so sure I'd come back outside of the lunch special since it's much pricier though. The service was quick and friendly as well. Also, loving the aesthetics of this place from their plating to decor.

I love good people and good food and Khaosan is serving up both at their restaurant in Brooklyn. First off the outside is beautifully decorated with orange flowers. My friends and I had no problems booking a reservation on a Saturday evening and the restaurant wasn't overly packed. We were greeted quickly and our server provided great recommendations. We ordered the, * crab rangoons * spring rolls * shrimp fried rice * the duck dish * Panang curry Everything was so delicious but that panang curry definitely tasted like whoever made it loves cooking. The attention to detail and depth of flavor made my eyes roll back lol. I can't wait to visit again. This is the kind of place that I'd love to be a regular at and get to know the team better. Thanks Khaosan

Love this spot! Came here for lunch on a rainy Wednesday and it was so soothing and zen. The lunch special is awesome - loved their pad Thai and the dainty little side salad you get. The servers were so nice too and, you can tell, put a lot of care into how they treat customers. Coming back for another lunch. 5 stars!!!
